RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your lei! Because each lei is handmade and made to order, we are unable to offer full refunds for returned items.

💕 Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

💕 Approved returns are eligible for a 50% refund of the original item price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

💕 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.

💕 All returned leis must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition. Please package your lei carefully to prevent damage during transit.

💕 Once your return is received, it will be inspected before a refund is processed. If the lei shows signs of wear, use, stains, odors, damage, improper storage, or alterations, no refund will be issued.

💕 Customized or personalized leis may not be eligible for return. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about your customization.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Damage that occurs after delivery due to wear, improper handling, storage, or care is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

CANCELLATIONS

Because materials and preparation may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

Once production has begun, your order cannot be cancelled.
